Bishop Williams is Co-Founder of Hallelujah International Ministries, and Founding President of Collegiate Training Institute, community based 501(c)(3) organizations. She leads three subsidiaries: The Dr. Glovinia Ministries, Covenant of Hope Church Without Walls (Virtual), and Covenant of Hope Global Leadership Academy.
Dr. Williams’ ministry has led her to travel extensively throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. She has launched countless leaders globally through coaching, mentoring, and intensive ministerial leadership training.
